I have no idea if or how many cards are missing, but none of that is on the seller. It looks like the box got hit hard on one side and punctured thru the packaging tape. Regardless, the contents inside seem to be in perfect condition, so all is well in the end. I highly recommend checking out this seller. They have excellent prices on bulk boxes.
