This thing was packaged like a tank, endless amounts of bubble wrap and cardboard, its in phenomenal shape, this doll looks brand new even! We even talked AFTER my package got delivered. Not only from when it would ship, but even when it got delivered. The seller was with me the whole way! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
