It took over a month, but the seller was true to his word, and I received the missing piece on 1/26/2026.   Item not as described - does not fit unit indicated. Wanted to give a neutral experience but chose positive because of excellent communication, their follow through on the refund, and highly focused customer service. Not going to say this was an easy transaction. Filed an eBay claim. They wanted to return just 15% even though item was not as described, but after much effort and communication, we came to terms, tho it was still not a full refund. Description remains incorrect tho asked to fix it.
