Fault of the shipping company. I notified seller and IMMEDIATELY got a replacement. Within the hour I got a tracking for the bearing!! 0 hassles. Seems to be of very high quality, price is very cheap proving it’s not always about the money. It’s about helping guys like me who can’t afford to buy at our local auto parts store. SHOP HERE HIGHLY RECOMMEND! AAA+++
