We have all the eBay records ( including pictures and message between buyer and us) to back us up. Buyer bought this bowl by mistake (she thought she is buying the blue color bowl) and the listing clearly listed it is black color. We have sold over 80 pieces of this bowl with no issue. Now she use the excuse " item not as described" to open return case.
