Turns out, that board was fine. They explained where my other circuit board was and told me I could send that one in to get looked at and have it fixed instead. They found the issue, repaired it and got them both back to me quickly. I have a working treadmill again for a fraction of the price it would have cost me for a repair person to come to my house. This is a great service.

They also went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot after the replacement board didn't fix the problem immediately - turns out the main wiring harness also needed to be replaced. After all of that I'm back up and running! I'd definitely recommend them to others. They saved me a ton of money and their expertise was very valuable. A+
