The delivery company (dpd) left the packages three doors down from me, and didn't put a card through my door. Their tracking simply said "left with a neighbour" but none of my immediate neighbours had received it. Directwallpapers managed to find out the house number where it was left (three doors down) and I collected it. Service above and beyond expectations.
