    I purchased this cell phone charger for an old Nokia model 3595 i still use, and it arrived severely damaged. I did respond to the company by Ebay message explaining the damage, and asked them to send me a new one, and a shipping label to send the damaged one back, or a refund. The next day i received a message back from them apologizing for the damaged item. They promptly sent me a refund, im happy, and yes, i will absolutely buy from them again. that's why the 5 star rating. thanks Cellman-7
