They were shipped and delivered quickly and were exactly as pictured -- very ornate and beautiful. Unfortunately, many of the frames were damaged during transit by the carriers to the point where the outside box was crushed and had holes on both sides of it. Seller was extremely responsive and shipped out the replacements right away. I would not hesitate to order from this seller again!!! A++++++++

The seller has multiple of the same frames and leads me to believe that the day chose the worst antique frame to ship to me. Or they’re just careless and decided to not provide any foam bubble or proper packaging for an antique delicate frame, resulting in it being damaged. I requested a partial refund for restoration that they denied. I’ve now asked for a full refund since it is damaged. Be careful if you’re purchasing from the seller. I sent them photos and requested a return. After several days, they responded - very short messages w zero concern or remorse - that they would send me paint for me to touch up & clips!
