They used a postal box wrapped in bubble wrap, tissue, and a plastic bag inside. The outside was also wrapped in plastic. The shoes were not comfortable when I put them on because the leather was cutting into my big toe. I have these clear silicone tubes that I put on my big toe and wore them around the house for the rest of the day. The sole of the shoe is so comfy. I will be keeping
