Absolutely not the fault of the seller as the packaging was substantial and should have protected it, I suspect some mishandling in transit. Contacted the seller and without hesitation I was offered a full refund which was accepted. Of course we are both disappointed with the damage but I could not have been happier with the communication and understanding from the seller. I would highly recommend them for their integrity 5*
