The item arrived damaged because the packaging was poorly made and not padded enough. El envío fue desde Canarias (España), donde pueden aplicarse controles aduaneros ajenos a mí. El paquete fue embalado cuidadosamente, probablemente en la inspección de Aduanas fue donde se produjo la rotura, pero aun así ofrecí un reembolso parcial, que fue aceptado. Actué con rapidez y buena voluntad. Me apena que, pese a resolverlo, se me valore como negligente. Siempre intento ofrecer un servicio justo y responsable

El problema en si, es que el usuario no sabe o no tiene las herramientas adecuadas para poder programar estos componentes... incluso, cuando le he indicado como poder hacerlo. Tuvo que recurrir a un amigo para poder programarlos, porque el, no sabe como hacerlo.
