They sent a shipping label that did not work at the post office (even with the help of the post master). It has been over 2 weeks since I contacted them and a return label has not been issued. Their excuse is that I need to be patient and they sent it to the logistic people. Much easier to purchase and return from amazon-better customer service. Stay away from ebay and this seller from China
