I asked for specific packaging instructions and they accommodated my request. I paid for overnight shipping and received slab the next day (on time). My only disappointed was the price of it. I over paid around $2000 compared to past sales for the market. Supply and demand dictates what one is willing to pay. For a authentic 2pac autograph, I'll recoup my money in time.
