- m***1 (130)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter Kauf2 Bottles were VERY poorly wrapped and bounced around inside box with little padding - breaking the bottles totally with box full of the Robert Rothschild product mixed with tiny pieces of glass. 2 bottles were not broken or damaged because they were wrapped better - I cleaned them off and will use them but 2 were broken in many pieces leaking all contents mixed with glass so useless. I must get refund for the 2 broken bottles

The original shipment was damaged in transport. This was my 1st experience with this seller, but I am satisfied that they have reached out to me to solve the problem. The original shipping time was satisfactory so I am anticipating that I will receive the replacement in a timely manner also.

They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer.
