The seller has fulfilled their part and had promptly delivered the order to the eBay System for onward delivery. This is not the sellers fault (who have been helpful) but more an issue with eBay’s delivery system. I am unable to contact eBay directly for further information and only have this section for feedback. I just want to know what has happened to my order? And if I am going to receive it.

They were not helpful, just said it must have been a mistake in their shipping department, emailed me a label so I could mail the wrong part back, and said the part I wanted was out of stock. After all that, I am where I started 2 weeks later, having to research another vendor.
