Contacted seller a full week after the item should have arrived, and they repeated the USPS tracking information that it was still on its way, just delayed. Not the seller's fault if USPS lost or broke the package, but I was disappointed that seller took no initiative to make it right. I had to be refunded by Ebay.

They were great and very accommodating. It does seem, though, that it is difficult to package the Sparkling Apple Juice and have it ship unscathed. I've ordered from two other companies in the past and had as many as all the bottles broken. At least this seller is great about helping the customer.
