Seller will blame the P.O. but in actuality it’s the sellers poor packaging! It’s a risk buying paper/fragile items whether it will get to you undamaged or not. Mentioned this to seller but they don’t see a problem! How does a photo get torn in two without the envelope torn in two?? No problem in blaming the post office for tearing the entire package in two. Maybe send back a photo of the damage and give it to the post office also to find out what happened. An envelope with a paper inside of it goes thru the postal service 99.999% of the time with NO DAMAGES....
