The hole in the propeller hub, had to be drilled out to fit the shaft, so be aware of that. I found it no problem and had the materials to do this. It's painted as shown in the items picture. It has a very nice action of a shark attack and is amusing. If you're willing to do a little 'fitting', this a nice item. No instructions but not hard to figure out.
