I had requested and paid extra for, overnight/express shipping and the boxes still came at regular time. I had to completely redo my daughter's gift bags for her birthday because the items didn't arrive in a timely manner for me to be able to make other plans. She came off as friendly and nice. Also, the seller said that they would have the items expressed to me, that was false. I paid extra to their personal account and the item was still sent to me in the typical 3-5 business day period. After I had sent her the funds, I told her that I wanted a photo of the receipt and I never received it.
