I reached out to the seller and they took days in between responding to have me send a picture and simply ask me if I have it plugged in. After days of no response they then asked me if I could ship it back to them them fix it and send it back. It was a great price and was wrapped well so it would be in great condition when it arrived. It actually looked brand new.
