    Item shipped is loose in case (brand new/sealed) either shipped without telling me it was so, or improperly packed. Seller was contacted first. Refused to help, refused partial/minor refund for damages. Made the excuse "i cant be losing money" at the buyers expense (i guess its okay for me to lose out??), and told me id be paying any additional shipping on returns. Was not understanding, abrasive, and rude.

    Like all partial refund scammers, refused to return the item. I did not, and would not ship a game with a loose disc. Especially considering I buy in bulk, and had 27 other copies to choose from if I found a loose disc. If my packing was to blame, you would think the games I've sent across the ocean would have loose discs, not the one sent less than 1000kms away. Stay clear of this scammer.
