I give him a "Very POSITIVE" feedback, as the issue was not his fault for the tariffs that are added, nor for the fact there is no way to find out how to pay it on eBay. Excellent Seller because the Communication was excellent and refund issued timely. I now keep my purchases to my home country. POSITIVE SELLER
