I then rang them and they apologized and said it was in transit and would be delivered the next day but no I got it 2 days later Amarex are rubbish

I didn't actually get the oil, it turned out that the transport cost made it unviable against a local vendor. If it weren't for an extra $56 freight it would have been well worth my while to obtain it via the seller. The seller handled the matter professionally with clear and timely communications and prompt actions. E-bay check-out let the seller down by not geo-fencing the transport costs, it was supposed to be free delivery but here is out of bounds.
