This model does have three brightness settings, which is nice. Is large enough to disperse the light throughout my dining room...I have 10' ceilings. Looks nice and clean, doesn't stick out like my previous hanging light fixture. Mounting was nice since I was able to move the light over to center in room w/o having to cut another hole.
