However, the charger looked quite used and was not working correctly, which was later discovered after long troubleshooting. The support was fast to respond, however they were not able to help me figure out what was wrong and they offered generic support, such as restart the device. The monitor screen works perfectly as advertised.  the monitor was shipped in the original OEM box with all the original Styrofoam. And was neatly packed. Hands-down, a great value

Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive.
