I ordered an item that i got was damaged and they never got back to me and tried to resolve the problem at all. i tried to contact them several times with no reply. You pay through the nose for the item and heavy shipping. and then surprise charges of duties, taxes and custom charges. They wouldnt give me a refund and no chance of a return or replace the item. Do not order from them!!! Bad

I was battling my wiper bushings and clips for weeks trying to fix it but I should have bought this sooner. Been in the car for about a month and works just as it should in the heaviest of all the spring rain we've been getting this year in New England. Brand new OEM fit and function.
