The bulb housing doesn't sit gapless on the circular bit, just need to use longer screws to seat. That said the reason this item is labeled as needing professional installation is because it lacks the brackets and screws needed to mount on the bumper. IF you are buying as your first fog lights the pieces you'll need are: x2 U-shape Nut: 12-41 0009U x2 Spring Clip: 15-54 0007U x2 short hexbolt

Makes my 2015 look new. Highly recommend. Easier to replace then spend the time using kits to remove the haze of UV damage and age. Wonderful seller. Highly recommend. Items were well package for protection.

It seems that the pointy part of the headlights may have caused the issue during shipping. I would recommend adding foam or additional padding inside the box, especially around that area to prevent this from happening in future shipments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
