It came complete with mounting bracket and small tool to open battery compartment. I was pleasantly surprised to find it came with 2 Energizer lithium batteries which I wasn't expecting, meaning I had it up and running in 20 minutes. I can highly recommend this product and seller. The only point that I would make is that it was not very clear that the Blink Outdoor camera needed to be connected via a seperate Blink Sync device which I had to order after investigating further. Overall the system was easy to setup and install.
