The product is exceptionally clean and the packing was second to none. Boxed in an Asus box within a box and very professionally bubble wrapped. I have never seen packaging so perfect except from the manufacturer. It is obvious that these folks care about what they do. The laptop was restored to an original state and ready for its 1st user. Working flawlessly and with everything as described.
