Here are the facts: I''m in Canada and seller is in Japan. Canada also had a postal strike starting September 25th. I ordered on August 25 and the card didn't ship until October 20 (reminder the postal strike started September 25th) so almost a month went by before the strike. The package arrived well packed and as described. If youre in North America I would just prepare for slow shipping.
