As an eBay Seller, these are the buyers to AVOID if you come across them. This buyer purchased the item and DEMANDS to return the item if he doesn't get it for a certain price. We canceled the order with the threat of return from the buyer and stated the item will relist and you can send the offer of what they wanted to pay. Then AGAIN, the Buyer purchases the item FULL PRICE. Simply should've canceled and blocked this buyer.
