It's visually apparent when viewing the mold and I'm not sure why it was sent. When pressed, the face looks like she has growths in these areas. The features don't seem as crisp too. I know these figures need work after leaving the mold, but carving out bumps without disturbing the eyes is not great. I've purchased many molds and dvds from this seller over the years and have been happy with them. I'm very disappointed this time.
