The seller s were quick to help fix and clarify any issues I had with the ebike. They even sent me a knew front disc brake. My biggest issue was with the installation of the front wheel. Some parts looked damage in shipping but the seller assured me that it would not affect the safety or durability of the ebike. The seller was very helpful in providing solutions to my problem.
