Delay, courier, gave wrong tracking message, date of delivery ommited. Unnecessay, delay, including invonvinence to me the buyer snd to the seller, created by the incompetence, negleegence; deliberstley caused, by Royal Mail, delivery personnel. I recommend, change courier.

The seller communicated promptly and clearly throughout, and once it was clear the parcel was lost, they issued a refund straight away. Unlucky situation, but the seller is great and trustworthy.
