The seller was fast to respond to email, prompt on shipping, packaged the amp in custom shell to further protect the box and he had it delivered in 5 days from Japan to Munich. The amp arrived in perfect condition and was as advertised. I would have no hesitation buying from AC Gear Japan.

When the products arrived there was not a single mark on the boxes, a credit to how they were prepared for shipment. The seller was fair in their negotiations clear with communication and prompt with shipment. I look forward to doing business with this seller again.
