The customer service was responsive to my initial request for help. They tried to resolve the problem by offering to have me shipped back the lamps for a full refund. I ended up Declining that offer because I do like the lamps just not the color. I decided to spray paint the lamps, dark bronze. They contacted me about the order/shipping detail and it was there a week later! 5 star service! Product was shipped in original box and done well and prompt! Things don't always go perfect but the took care of this customer and made it great!
