I tested it again and it no longer would actually turn on. I also tested the hose on a separate functioning compressor and the hose had a leak above the seam so it's useless. I tried to message the seller, but I accidentally pressed "Accept" on his partial refund offer. I messaged him and asked for a full refund and he is now ignoring me. Ebay says there's nothing I can do now.

As such, the slight shipping delay was totally acceptable. All in all, A+ seller. Would recommend and buy from again.
