The seller's communication was very good, proactve, with a lot of helpful information prior to making the plunge. The package arrived swiftly and was carefully wrapped to ensure safety along the way. The movies themselves are exactly as described and shown on-line: brand new and shrinkwrapped -- and they work fine. All in all an excellent experience and I recommend the seller highly!

In this case, that is exactly what I was hoping for, and the seller confirmed, so we'll chalk that up to a weird translation. The seller was very helpful and wanted to confirm that I understood exactly what I was buying (aka that I had the information that the disc would actually work for me) before shipping, which I appreciate. Top quality service!

I had to have him delay shipping due to fumigation at our home and he was very accommodating. The dvd is exactly what was described and came in perfect condition. The price was reasonable and a good value for a 2 DVD set.
