I requested a return and refund and Seller dodged it at every opportunity saying to contact USPS (HIS job). Seller offered a partial refund and we negotiated on an amount for me to keep the box. I opened the box and all of the packs of cards were either too loose or too tight. Upon further inspection it was clear that the packs had been opened and resealed. I have contacted my bank
