Also package was not as described but seller soon fixed the problem. It had windows 10 enterprise not windows 10 pro and it could not be activated. Seller gave me a Windows 10 pro key which solved the issue. And finally the way it was packaged was superb. Very careful to make sure it arrived undamaged. I was worried about how it would survive shipping but they protected it perfectly. Laptop was in even better condition than I thought. Description said the sound didn't work, it did. Though I only tried it after the 24 updates the computer needed... Might not have worked before that. My only complaint is that they never responded to a message I sent them.
