I assumed "open box" condition would have included all the items as an off the shelf purchase, but this is not a big deal. For the price I'm pleased and would purchase from this vendor again. As for the 235G drill it is a solid offering from Dewalt and one of their better products. The chuck however is not as high quality as the one on the makita dp4000 though.

Always buy from an American seller with a good record. u wont be disappointed.
