The only downside was that I ordered the wrong size, but this was a very positive experience as they organised the return of the wrong sized ring, sent the return labels which my local post office printed off for me and the ring was returned immediately, this automatically generated a refund. I immediately ordered the correct size ring which arrived 2 days later. Excellent service
