The ball-mount fits very nicely into the corresponding 'ball cup' on the back of my TomTom sat nav; and the spring-loaded wide-metal-hook securly locks onto my car's ventilation slot. Sorry, far I've only used the device for two fairly short journeys of up to 50 miles (round trips) and I'm very happy with its performance.

Fit the central vents in my Mercedes Vito no built in sat nav 😳so I use this to hold my TomTom Go 600. Great value for money. Looks inconspicuous as it is not big and bulky. It's great quality but it does have a weak point, the ball eventually snaps off. But hey ho, £17 a year... could be worse. Arrives with a printout of how to set it up. BRILLIANT SERVICE. THANK YOU

The air vent fit is questionable. it fits into the vent slats and hooks on no problem. But the shaft is so long the the support legs don't touch. plus the vent I want to put it in, I have to move the support foot away from hazard lights button. luckily for me I am able to twist the support feet around far enough that I can trap one in a dash drawer so it is secure that way. fast delivery though
