I initially contacted the seller and didn t get a response. Once I posted my disappointing experience, I was contacted by Liam immediately. He apologised for the missed communication and offered to send me replacement pack. The replacement arrived extremely quickly and thankfully had no broken satchels. Liam even contacted me to follow up to ensure I received the goods.
