Though no fault of the seller , it ran opposite direction of the original fan blades , so had to get a new fan. All was installed and motor has been working well normally . The thermal protection works well as it was extremely hot in our area for weeks , there wasn’t enough cooling air going through the installment. It shut off a few times. No problems since after the heat wave. All Works well.. Item was packaged nicely and arrived quickly. Thank you
