The rod itself is a little oversize by a few thousandths of an inch, just enough to keep it from fitting in the spindle hole in my lathe. I can work around this though. Thank you. I may need other sizes of acetal rod too.

It was packaged well in dbl, heavy-duty cardboard and taped securely in place to prevent damage. It arrived in perfect condition (including the shipping packaging), and was well within the +/- 1/8" tolerance--it was 1/32" smaller than my nominal dimensions, so it was perfect, actually. The total price was lower than elsewhere online. When I need a piece of plex again, it will be from this seller!

It was in some thin cardboard with no reinforcements on corners, so the corners are all rounded and scuffed from being dropped/transported.
