It seems to be working quite well. I have been using it for about a month and I have seen smoothing around my chin and mouth area. Overall, my skin appears to be smoother and brighter. I think this product in addition to what I use now has really been an added benefit to my regimen.

First the seller said the package was returned to them, which USPS showed as handed to the customer, and the seller said nothing until I contacted them. Then, after confirming the address, I asked them to mail it out quickly, as I had a pressing deadline. They decided to go with UPS Ground. From Florida to Arizona. Really? Deadline missed. I will not deal with this seller again.

About 2 weeks the charging dock on one of the two charging docks i purchased just gave up and fell inside the unit. I contacted this seller about warranty/defect issue and they sent me a replacement for the one dock i had the issue with. The package arrived extremely fast in about 1 business day and was given two whole brand new units even though the issue was with the charging dock. I extremely appreciate the attention and support given by them.
