I asked if they could do $5 lower than what was listed at and they immediately dropped the price for me. I was anxious awaiting the ordered and when it arrived I was sad to see it was broken in several places (probably during shipping since this is a product that is hard to box well), I messaged the seller with pictures and they apologized and immediately issued a refund and told me I could keep it as well. Great seller!

Shipping was fast, packaging was excellent, coat was as described, though maybe treated a bit conservatively by the seller as to its visual appeal! I love the look of it and will have fun wearing it next winter. Well worth the price, and the seller was a gem to work with. Would recommend and applaud this one and deal again!
