The next day they re-delivered them. The item was nicely packed but when opened one of the parts was missing. Not the end of the world, i had to buy a cartridge from another supplier and to be honest i would probably not have bought this item if i had known the cartridge was not included.

I'd advise everyone to AVOID NES LIKE THE PLAGUE though. Faulty shower valve meant I had to order this from eBay. No phone number for Nes, an email that they take 24hrs to reply to. Extra day labour for the builder as well as another pack of tiles as it's concealed. Nes customer service as helpful as a blind guide dog. Asking for video proof of the fault, provided twice and refusing refund.
